Roots is looking for individuals that truly enjoy working with children and demonstrate this through a warm, caring personality. At Roots, we encourage daily challenges which will lead to daily successes, both large and small.  It is important that our instructors have fun while teaching because when our instructors have fun, our students have fun. Roots is well known for preparing children for lifelong success with skills that include goal setting, strong work ethic, honesty and dedication. These skills come directly from our amazing instructors and our well-equipped 20,000 sq ft facility!

     The Preschool Program Director is responsible for creating safe, fun lesson plans for their department and the instructors that work within that program. The Program Director will monitor the continuing progress of all students within that program and also make sure this information is shared with the parents. Roots Program Directors lead by example through positive communication to students, parents and other instructors. At Roots, we work towards the growth of our students and our coaches.  As the Program Director, an important role is leading staff training for the coaches within the department. Organization, leadership qualities and creativity are a requirement for this position. Roots is always looking for new ways to grow our programs!

     Hours include weekday mornings and evenings with split shifts as a possibility.  Previous experience teaching gymnastics is a benefit but not a requirement.  Training is available.
