Gymnastics is a fantastic overall introduction. In class, your child will improve their motor skills, co-ordination, balance, strength, and agility. We believe fitness should be fun, so whenever it is possible and appropriate, we turn learning skills into games and fun contests. This keeps classes a joy rather than a chore.
Trampoline is very aerobic and increases core body strength. Additionally, participants in trampoline class gain air awareness, learn progressions in both traditional trampoline as well as off-axis skills, and perhaps most importantly, increase their knowledge and ability to be safe whatever their application of skills may be.
We offer a variety of dance classes that can also be easily incorporated into acro choreography. Depending on the level of the class, acro skills can include handstands and handstand variations, bridges, walk-overs, cartwheels, aerials, back handspring step outs and more.
