Roots is looking for individuals that truly enjoy working with children and demonstrate this through a warm, caring personality. At Roots, we encourage daily challenges which will lead to daily successes, both large and small.  It is important that our instructors have fun while teaching because when our instructors have fun, our students have fun. Roots is well known for preparing children for lifelong success with skills that include goal setting, strong work ethic, honesty and dedication. These skills come directly from our amazing instructors and our well-equipped 20,000 sq ft facility!

     Instructors will be working closely with children 3 years through 12 years with the younger ages in our preschool gymnastics classes and the older children in our school-age recreational classes.  This is a high energy job as it will involve assisting the children through skills while continually giving feedback and praise. This also requires ease of movement over uneven surfaces.  Instructors need to be professional with a warm disposition when communicating with parents and have an aim of teaching safe, proper progressions that follow the gymnastics curriculum.

     Hours available include weekday mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings. Previous experience teaching gymnastics is a benefit but not a requirement.  Training is available.
