Around the Gym
We take pride in our flexibility here at Roots, and when Missoula has a need, we will always try our best to fulfill it. Whether it is a field trip for one of our local schools, or a small group of home-schoolers looking to learn some new skills, we are always excited for new ways in which we can provide for our community.
"I appreciate the knowledgeable and energetic coaches and staff who have helped my son reach his full potential. We love being part of the ROOTS family!" -Roula Agne
Field Trips
Field trips are a great option for any organization that has a group of students who wish to tour our gym, learn about the history of gymnastics, watch live gymnastic demonstrations, and participate in a gymnastics obstacle course. Field trips last 45 minutes and are designed to be educational with some hands on learning.
To schedule a field trip you can contact our office to determine the best day and time for your group. Field trips do not require a minimum number of students, but there is a base price that covers up to 10 students. Field trips do require the presence of one adult chaperone for every 8 students. Chaperones will be asked to help supervise students on the floor of our gym during the entire field trip.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are great for students who want to progress quickly, who may be struggling with a particular skill, or need extra training for an upcoming audition, try-out, or competition. Private lessons give your child an opportunity for one-on-one coaching from our skilled coaches.
Private lessons are tailored to benefit one-on-on instruction and so they are limited to no more than 5 students in a single lesson. For private lessons there is no requirement for recurring sessions. The price is based per lesson and it is up to the family(s) to schedule as many as desired. Payment for private lessons is collected at the time of the lesson through the front desk.
Group Lessons
Do you run a daycare, home school program, or just have a group of friends who would like to take a class together? A group rate class is ideal for you and could potentially save you money. A group class is an excellent opportunity to enhance a child's fitness level and develop gymnastic skills at the same time in an environment that works best for you.
To schedule a group class you can contact our office to determine the best day and time for your group. Group rates require a minimum of 4 students and there is no maximum. There is a base rate that covers up to 6 students. In order for Roots to give a group rate, all students must pay in full for the entire session before the beginning of the first class. We prefer one payment for the entire group.
