Gymnastics
Super Fly
Ages 5-6

Superfly and Mighty Mites are coed level 1 classes in our All-Around program. In these classes we master basic floor/tumbling skills. The major ones being forward and backward rolls. handstands and cartwheels, as well as back bridges. We also focus on the fundamental elements of bars, balancing and vault.
Mighty Mites
Ages 6-12

Girls Star Lights
Ages 6-12
This is our Level 2 class designed for girls who have mastered level one Mighty Mite skills and are looking for that extra challenge. Their curriculum will include bars, beams, floor, vault, trampoline, and strength/flexibility training.
